Carvacrol is a powerful chemical compound and has been the focus of more than 800 scientific studies (Focusing on antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal use). Turkey produces some of the finest oregano, with high carvacrol and low thymol levels of less than 1.8%. The perfect balance for regular use.
• Harvested from the Mediterranean mountains in Turkey and hand-picked for sustainability.
