I have just placed my 3rd order for Waterfall D Mannose. My first order was in December of last year following yet another water infection over the Christmas period for which I had to take yet another dose of antibiotics. Having suffered with these episodes for 3+ years and finding out there was no known cause following a cystoscopy, I really was at my wits end. As so many other sufferers have agreed, the pain and discomfort can be so debilitating and really can affect so many areas of your life.

I have been taking my D Mannose as a preventative measure since January, though admittedly not always daily. I seemed to be managing the condition nicely until earlier this week when I started with a full blown episode. At 4am I was sat in a bath of salt trying to alleviate the symptoms so I could go back to bed. I immediately upped my dose of WDM as per the instructions. I felt this would be the true test for these tablets and prayed they wouldn’t let me down. I didn’t want this product to become another ‘tried, tested and failed’ for my bathroom cabinet.

That was the early hours of Wednesday morning. It is now Thursday afternoon and having felt almost immediate relief I also now believe the infection has almost completely gone. Yes there is still a little discomfort but I have actually used all my tablets (hence the additional order) so I just need to keep going to completely wipe it out. Ordinarily I would have been on a 7 day course of antibiotics by now and yet through using this natural product I have managed to get the same level of relief in just 2 days and a decent night’s sleep in the process.

I cannot begin to tell you how glad I am that you discovered this product. I had scoured the internet reading about various fail safe remedies and quick fixes and everything just seemed to be one big scam. If I’m being completely honest I had my reservations about Waterfall D Mannose too but I was in such a desperate situation (and there did actually seem to be more of a scientific approach to your product) that I decided to throw caution to the wind. How glad am I that I took that leap of faith! This is a genuine product and you are genuine people who want to help people combat this hideous condition. I am so very grateful that you decided to share your experiences and give everyone the chance of leading a cystitis free life.

I contacted you last year as I had had a bad attack of cystitis and then bought some of your wonderful product. I have had no problems since then though I only take it when I need to rather than every night. Yesterday, I felt the first warning signs of another attack so immediately started with the urgent bladder regime. I had even had some blood in the urine – when this happened last year, I was in absolute agony and on the loo every 5 minutes.

This time, within an hour, I felt relief and am now back to normal though still taking it 3 times a day from today. I do have a supply of antibiotics in the house from last time and this is the first time I have used your product to treat an attack – rather than preventative. It did take a leap of faith not to reach for the antibiotics but I didn’t and am so glad as I know from reading your great website that it’s not a good thing to do.

Ordered two more tubs yesterday and they arrived today – brilliant service. I just can’t thank you enough for your product – something which really works and means I won’t ever have to take antibiotics again for cystitis. I just had to write to tell you because, as I said, this is the first time I’ve actually used it for urgent bladder relief. It works brilliantly and without the nausea which the antibiotics always cause plus the other obvious undesirable effects of taking them.

Dear John and Anna,

Further to our telephone conversation earlier today in which I placed an order for some more Xylotene, I would like to thank you for this amazing product. I received my first pack - promptly, as is usual from you - just a week ago, and I'm thrilled to report that I can now chew on the right side of my mouth after not being able to do so for almost two years. Each time I had fillings replaced I noticed that my teeth were extremely painful to chew on. I assumed that things would settle, but sadly weeks went into months and there was no improvement and my very patient dentist was at a loss as to what to do as x-rays taken were clear. I resigned myself to having to live with it, and needed to be VERY careful when eating in case food touched the the upper and lower molars as the pain could be excruciating.

However, after just one week of taking the Xylotene I can at last chew on both sides of my mouth. I can hardly believe it, but this amazing product has made a huge difference and I'm really thrilled - Thank You! I have placed an order for more of this wonderful stuff as I don't want to be without it.

Oregano oil had made such a difference to my bladder. I had staphylococcus and streptococcus bladder infections which came back as soon as I stopped taking antibiotics. Unfortunately even large doses of d-mannose didn't help in my case so I decided to give Oregano oil a go.

I took 4 drops, 4 times a day (or every hour on my worst day) and it works! While it didn't get rid of the problem, it reduced all the pain and inflammation and allowed me to live a normal life as long as I kept up the doses. Over a period of several months I have gradually reduced the dose to 1x per day and I am delighted to say that my bladder health is amazingly improved thanks to oregano oil. I would not be without this product. It is worth the investment and lasted me around 3 months.

Thank you so much for your enquiry as to how Me 'N Muffin are doing since starting on the Waterfall D-Mannose - I think that is so Thoughtful of you and is much appreciated and underpins just how caring you are about your customers - we are not just another number on an invoice - an A 1 example of over and above Customer Care thank you !

I haven't been back to you before now as have had a period of challenging health but NOT from the previously recurring UTI ! I keep myself on a low maintenance dose and have to say that I haven't experienced any problems since starting taking it back in July ! WONDERFUL ! I have just yesterday recommended it to a friend who rang to recount a miserable recurrence of cystitis !

Muffin has a real problem with stress related feline cystitis since A Visiting Cat began to terrorise her in Her Own Garden. She is on long term daily "Cystease" medication from the vet but still had recurring bouts of cystitis. At the beginning of October I decided to start her on the Waterfall D-Mannose and told the vet when Muffin went back for her check-up following a course of antibiotics etc. I also sent the link to your site so the vet could access any information she needed re the Waterfall D-Mannose. (I live in a wheelchair so can't actually take Muffin myself but a friend takes her along with any notes/information I want the vet to have). The vet rang me to discuss Muffin's cystitis and particularly the Waterfall D-Mannose. She said she was very interested and had consulted with other vets to discuss and research it as to exactly how it works etc and said that whilst the Cystease coated the bladder wall to help prevent recurring cystitis she was very interested in the "magnetic" function of Waterfall D-Mannose in gathering and expelling any bacteria. They had queried the possible effects of it being a "sugar" but going into the chemistry of it and it's utilisation by the body they were satisfied that it wouldn't have any detrimental effects.

Muffin's been on Waterfall D-Mannose now for just over a month. Thus far she hasn't had any recurrence of cystitis and I have noticed that when she uses her En Suite Tray she now needs wellies as opposed to the much lesser flow of urine she used to pass ! I will keep you updated as to her progress on a daily maintenance dose of Waterfall D-Mannose over the next few months as she's only been on it for a relatively short period of time.

I shall be putting in for a repeat delivery of Waterfall D-Mannose soon in order to take me over the Christmas/New Year period and ensure delivery in case of Snow ! - remember this time last year !

Like many other sufferers of recurring cystitus (in fact I can barely remember a time when I didnt have it) and always getting the old advice -without any success, this last bout Ive had has lasted on and off, nearly a year,and had me crying in despair, with 3 months of antibiotics at a time. Ive had five courses of anti biotics plus every instrument available peering inside my bladder with nothing to report. At my wits end I approached my medical pharmacie in my town and she suggested Mannose - I was very sceptical, it seems a lot of money - IT'S NOT!

I researched it at home. This attack got worse overnight and in the morning I resisted the urge to ring the doctors and thought let's give it a go. So I followed instructions - two tablets every two hours (and through the first night) until the pot had gone (and threw away the Cranberry Juice as advised). Took the tablets with 150mls of water and then stopped myself going to the loo for 2 hrs so the Mannose would be concentrated in the bladder. After just 4 hrs I could feel the difference, it did come back a bit about three days into the treatment but I persevered, and have been sympton free since then, which is a record for me. Ive reduced the dose to 2 every morning (and hold the urine!) and two just before bed so it’s in the bladder whilst I sleep. This is extraordinary, and I’m sure cystitis will rear its ugly head again as time goes by, but I shall try to just use Mannose. I think as I have such a propensity for cystitis that I will take this dose for a long time, and hopefully one day reduce it to 2 tabs every night. The company have a wonderful web page that I have printed off and stuck inside my wardrobe door for fast reference, advising on what foods are needed to alkalise the urine in your bladder (such a simple remedy) together with loads of information that doesnt treat you like an idiot......Mannose travels in my bag with me - just in case, it may even go on my Christmas list. Give it a go, its not a drug, it’s natural.

Follow instructions and it will get better.

In this day and age, where everybody seems only to focus on profit, it is amazingly refreshing to find people who care - god bless you. Anna, you have been a real star we really, really appreciate your help. We are pleased to report that Lauren has continued to improve. She is currently on 2 or 3 half spoons a day (mixed into her water).We will keep in touch.
