How much to take

For optimum gut health, take 1 to 2 capsules a day. Take more if you need extra immune support, or are recovering from illness or antibiotic use. Recommended Maximum: 2 capsules, 4 – 6 times a day. The capsules can be emptied into warm (not hot) water or milk or can be swallowed with a drink.

Do not give to children under the age of 12.

Lactobacillus acidophilus; Lactobacillus plantarum; Lactobacillus casei; Lactococcus lactis; Lactobacillus rhamnosus; Bifidobacterium bifidum; Bifidobacterium breve; Bifidobacterium lactis; Streptococcus thermophilus. Oligofructan Probiotic Activity Enhancer. Vegetarian capsule (cellulose). Trace: milk, soya, & barley growth medium residues, inert titanium white.

There are many products, including most yogurts with active cultures, that contain Lactobacillus acidophilus. While Lactobacillus acidophilus is a beneficial probiotic, it is not the same as Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG). Read the label carefully to be sure you're a getting a product that contains LGG.

Safety

Growing medium contains milk (including lactose), soya, & barley. No nuts but cannot guarantee nut free. Always consult a doctor if you have a health problem or are considering taking any supplement with prescription drugs.

Storage

Always replace the lid tightly. Store in a refrigerator or freezer for best long term bioactivity and shelf-life. Do not use after the Best Before End date.
