Urinary Frequency
Sometimes, even after an infection has cleared up, there can be a residual problem of urinary frequency – in other words, no cystitis pain or burning, but just a need to urinate rather more often than is comfortable or convenient. Customers have mentioned achieving good results in two complementary ways, so we thought it would be worthwhile writing a few words about that issue… Basically, when you need to urinate a lot, the bladder is not getting the chance to fill properly, and when this happens over an extended period of time, it begins to shrink. When it shrinks, it can’t hold much urine, so you get the urge to empty it frequently. The obvious way to counter this shrinking tendency is to hold onto the urine for longer until the bladder is fuller. Over a period of weeks, (the time will vary for each individual) you should be able to double the capacity of your bladder.
The other thing is that a regular maintenance measure of the Waterfall D-Mannose, either in tablet or powder form, should gradually reduce the urinary urgency until things are back to normal. However, if that doesn’t seem to be entirely doing the job, try adding Xylotene into your regime, taking a level teaspoon 2 – 4 times a day in a little drink. Many people say they have solved their urinary frequency problem with Xylotene. Our proprietary blend of a rare sugar and a sugar alcohol is a wonderfully versatile product, and because it is almost as sweet as table sugar, it can be sprinkled on breakfast cereal or taken in a cup of tea. That must also be good for general health and well-being.
