We don’t usually do this but would like to introduce you to a very special person and want to share with you some info on courses based in our wonderful Yorkshire.
“My background certainly has its contrasts! I spent fourteen years as a Carmelite Nun. I entered Thicket Priory, the Carmelite Monastery just outside York, but then transferred to Darlington just before taking my solemn vows. It was a life that was both rewarding and challenging and one where I discovered who I was, and what made me tick! However, as life often has a way of shaking us up when things get a bit too comfortable and we need to step into our next area of growth and expansion, the challenge to walk from everything that I knew and loved began. Just as I had answered and followed my vocational calling inside the Order, now I was being called to go out. I knew my path was that of a healer and it was a scary one. At the time of leaving I was already qualified as a Reiki and Seichem Master, as well as a Journey therapist. I went on to do my diploma in Holistic Therapies, Indian Head Massage, Hypnotherapy and EFT.
In 2003 I had to put everything on hold to help care for my mum alongside my dad. A few months after mum passed away I decided to resume my training and eventually went on to qualify as a General Natural Practitioner in 2006. In 2009 I came across Dr Eric Pearl and the Reconnection. Although I loved all my healing work which had evolved over the years, there was something about Reconnective Healing that resonated with me, and something that I feel is perhaps the most important work I’m being called to do.”
