Sweet Cures Quality Control

When Anna Sawkins and John Bremner  first started producing Waterfall D-Mannose back in 2003, it was as a result of Anna being badly damaged by pharmaceutical products – namely, fluoroquinolene-based antibiotics. So we were fully aware of the disproportional adverse effects that contaminants can have on the body, and were determined that our own products would be absolutely pure and contaminant-free . Almost eight years later, that obsession with quality remains the same and is vitally important to every member of the Sweet Cures team. We subject Waterfall D-Mannose and our other products to a huge range of tests to identify any possible contaminant, from artificial sweeteners to ordinary sugars and metals. Over 17 laboratory tests are used. Nothing gets past us, and we demand the very highest quality manufacturing standards. Needless to say, the slightest deviation of a delivery from our demanding quality standards means instant rejection.

Those product quality checks are just the first step. Our hygiene-obsessed staff are also on the lookout for anomalies in product texture, density, and quality. Every batch is personally tested by an expert member of staff, and a sample taken and recorded for traceability purposes. Strict adherence to our clean-room protocol is followed by our packing experts, and air-quality, temperature and humidity control is maintained by our packing manager to exacting standards.

But quality is not just a matter of ensuring that product is contaminant free, pure, and exactly what it says on the box. Our products are also designed to be as effective as possible, and that is the thing, if there is any one thing, that has built our solid, world-wide reputation. Our years of expertise in this matter means that customers can be confident that they are getting what they expect from Sweet Cures – products that cannot be beaten anywhere for quality and effectiveness.

Over delivery

One of the things you might not have noticed is that we always over-deliver. Every 50g Tub or Sachet of Waterfall D-Mannose powder contains 52.5 grams of product. Every packet of 50 Tablets contains 51 tablets minimum. That’s how we ensure that you are never short-changed. Also, we are careful to ensure that every 1 gram tablet of Waterfall D-Mannose actually does contain a full gram of Waterfall D-Mannose. The tiny amount of mineral content (vegetable origin) that helps with the tablet compression is extra to that 1 gram… So you are getting unbeatable quality mannose, you are getting more than you are charged for, and you are getting it soon… see below.

Actual delivery

You may have noticed something about Sweet Cures – we are never out of stock, and we send out all product orders the same working day that we receive them. That efficiency has amazed many people over the years, and we get letters of thanks almost every day. Whilst other companies may make claims to equal our service levels, we have not yet heard of any who manage it consistently month after month, year after year. That’s just what we do, and who we are. It says something important, we believe.
